		Important Updates November is Diabetes Awareness Month. Diabetes affects more than 37 million people in the United States. The American Diabetes Association released a website page to go along with its campaign “Today's Diabetes Hits Different." The website has events, programs, recipes and a social media toolkit. Pediatric health provider groups are calling on the Biden administration to declare a national emergency to help them combat the surge of hospitalizations due to respiratory illnesses in children. Younger physicians were more likely to experience stress, emotional distress, or burnout according to a new Commonwealth Report on the global primary care crisis.
